Joint
Partnership Forum
The Joint Partnership Forum, as stated within its constitution,
is a forum to advise the Regional Management Board on Human Resource
matters and the potential implications for Employee Relations on
any decisions that the Board may make.
The Forum can,
and has reached, agreement on policies through a consultation process.
Negotiation can also take place within the Forum, but only if all
parties agree.
